The plot is with area of 14 667 sq.m. with issued permission for building and approved architectural project which are all the necessary papers before the building.
Location
The plot is located in the northern part of Golden Sands resort, on the west side of “Izgrev-Obzor” resort complex and the east side of the Golden Sands- Albena road.
The real estate is for villa settlement. The construction is in four floors. It comprises 20 villas in two tiers and snack bar.
The access to the property is from the south side. There will be controlled entrance and three park places for waiting or for the stuff.

The holes around the windows and doors are with marble limestone edge -5 sm. The hats over the concrete parts like parapets, divide walls and superintends are from stone. Cornices and decorative architectural elements around the dormers, also unconstructive columns are from fiber-concrete. The slope of the area is such , that in the frame of the north row houses, there is from 3 till 6 m. displacement and with the area fortification actions are ensured English yards for lighting and serving them. East row houses also has half- underground floors, which are not included in the spread out building area of the town –planning indexes.
